Beth Williams has been singing, playing her guitar and performing in Nursing Homes, Retirement Centers, Assisted Living and other Healthcare Facilities for over 18 years.  At one time she was singing in over 40 facilities a month and had a waiting list of other Central Texas facilities wanting her to bring her program to their residents.  Because her schedule is so busy, she's had to cut back on the facilities she visits, but it continues to be an important color in her Musical Rainbow.  

In 1990, believing in the healing uplifting power of music, Williams created "Songs for Seniors - Keeping Time with Beth" , an Interactive Music and Exercise  program for the elderly.  Nursing Homes, Retirement Centers and Hospitals have been able to use her music and abilities to further healing.  Seeing the need for quality music among the elderly, Beth also began working as a liaison between nursing homes, hospitals, and other professional  musicians.   

Complete with a small PA System, guitar and large bag of percussion instruments,  Beth involves the residents with a lively, upbeat program designed to lift spirits and bring happiness to all who listen.  Combining exercise with audience participation, she sings old time gospel music and hymns, along with other well known singalongs.   Ms. Williams also includes YODELING in her program and goes so far as to teach the residents to yodel with her!  ( Little O Lay Dee Hoo!!)

Realizing working with the elderly is a call on her life from God, Beth is more dedicated than ever to singing and taking her music to the elderly.  Just as there are many colors in a rainbow, so there are many beautiful and varied colors in Beth Williams' Musical Rainbow.
